State Senator Bill Beagle (R–Tipp City) was proud to present Emma Moore of Tipp City with a resolution from the Ohio State Senate. Emma was crowned Pure American Pageant’s Little Miss Ohio, and will be representing Ohio this July in the national competition.

Senate Bill 64, sponsored by Bill Beagle, passed the Senate unanimously today. If enacted, the bill would strengthen Ohio’s child enticement laws by clarifying that a potential offender must have unlawful intent for their actions to be considered illegal.
