Capri S. Cafaro is the Ohio Senate Minority Leader for the 128th General Assembly. Senator Cafaro has a long standing interest in public policy pertaining to health care and the needs of older adults. Senator Cafaro joined the Ohio Senate in January 2007 to represent the 32nd Senate District, which encompasses Trumbull and Ashtabula counties. She has served as Minority Leader since January 2009.
