The Rules Committee determines the agenda for each Senate session. Bills, resolutions and appointments that have been favorably re Rules

commended by the Senate standing committees Senate are reviewed by the Rules Committee. The Rules Committee then selects which bills, resolutions and appointments will be considered by the full Senate.
