05.22.15 - The Unknown Dangers Of Pure Caffeine

 

The legislature is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all Ohioans, which is why I readily co-sponsored Senate Bill 7 last month when it passed the Ohio Senate. This bill, sponsored by my colleague Senator Gayle Manning (R-North Ridgeville) prohibits the sale of pure caffeine products.

"The bill makes a simple clarification to existing state law that would give probate judges the authority to issue warrants in criminal matters—a practice already widely utilized," said Oelslager. "Although simple, this legislation has the potential to greatly benefit our judicial system."

“I applaud the Controlling Board for their appropriation of funds to the Stark County Community-Based Correctional Facility,” said Oelslager. “The work done at this facility is very important and serves as an alternative to prison incarceration.
