Senator Eric H. Kearney currently represents the 9th Senate District.  A life-long Cincinnatian, he is a graduate of Summit Country Day Boys School and St. Xavier High School.  He earned an A.B. in English from Dartmouth College (where he was president of Casque and Gauntlet Senior Honor Society).  He received his J.D. from the University Of Cincinnati, College Of Law (where he was president of the Student Bar Association).

CINCINNATI—State Senator Eric Kearney as joined by State Senator Nina Turner (D-Cleveland), legislators, and local officials and activists on the “Bus Ride for Ballot Access.” The group accompanied Cincinnati-area transit riders on a Metro bus from the Walnut Hills neighborhood to the future site of the Hamilton County Board of Elections in the Mt. Airy neighborhood. The journey took nearly an hour and a half and involved one bus transfer and a 15-minute walk.

Columbus – This holiday season, Minority Leader Eric H. Kearney (D-Cincinnati) encourages Ohio families to give the gift of adoption in recognition of Ohio Adoption Day to be observed on Saturday, November 23rd.  Senator Kearney sponsored legislation that led to the establishment of Ohio Adoption Day.
