Columbus – Today, Senator Eric H. Kearney (D-Cincinnati) introduced Senate Bill 120, to increase the total amount of credits awarded under the Technology Investment Tax Credit Program from $45 to $145 million. Due to the program reaching its funding cap, the Ohio Development Services Agency stopped accepting new applications on November 1, 2012.
