During the Opening Ceremonies, State Senator Scott Oelslager (R–North Canton) was sworn in for a new term in the Ohio Senate, representing the 29th District in the state legislature’s upper chamber. Senator Oelslager won his election to the seat in the November 4, 2014 General Election.
