COLUMBUS—State Senator
Gayle Manning (R-North Ridgeville) today was presented the Robert A. Wilkinson Award, recognizing her efforts that have contributed to job creation and growth in Ohio's aggregates industry.
“I'm truly honored to receive this award," said Manning. "Ohio's aggregates industry is a major employer here in Ohio, and especially in the communities I represent in the Senate. As our state's economy has grown, so have the number of job opportunities in the aggregates industry, which is helping to improve the quality of life for so many families."
Senator Manning accepted the award during the Ohio Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Association's annual meeting in Columbus.
The Robert A. Wilkinson award recognizes individuals who have provided outstanding leadership in support of Ohio's aggregates industry.
