COLUMBUS - State Senator Jerry C. Cirino (R-Kirtland) announced today he has secured funding for numerous key projects in the 18th District. Cirino obtained $6,270,000 in funding for 17 projects in Lake County, five projects in Portage County, and three projects in Geauga County.

COLUMBUS - State Senator Jerry C. Cirino (R-Kirtland) and State Representative Jamie Callender (R-Concord) announced today that the state has awarded an $11.3 million grant to the Lake County Economic Development Board for the Fairport Harbor sediment processing facility to be located near the Grand River in Lake County. This grant will enable more regular dredging by the Army Corps of Engineers and the proper processing of dredged materials.

COLUMBUS - The Ohio Senate today passed SB 224 sponsored by State Senator  Jerry C. Cirino (R-Kirtland.) The bill is designed to better equip funeral directors to provide the best service to Ohio's families in their times of grief. Cirino collaborated with funeral business leaders to identify ways to clean up outdated rules and regulations, and strengthen and enhance Ohio's state laws regarding the industry.

COLUMBUS - State Senator Jerry C. Cirino (R-Kirtland) today announced that the Ohio Legislative Service Commission is accepting applications through April 1, 2022 for the 2023 Legislative and Telecommunications Fellowship Program. The Commission will hire 24 fellows to serve in the Ohio General Assembly for the 2023 calendar year.
