COLUMBUS- State Senator Jay Hottinger (R-Newark) today announced that the Ohio Legislative Service Commission is accepting applications through April 1, 2020 for its 13-month Legislative and Media Production Fellowship Program. The Commission will hire 24 fellows to serve in the Ohio General Assembly during 2021.

COLUMBUS-Senate President Larry Obhof (R-Medina) and Majority Whip Jay Hottinger (R-Newark) congratulated Holmes Center for the Arts on today's groundbreaking of a new, permanent home for their organization. The senators, who both represent Holmes county, helped secure $600,000 from the state of Ohio to fund the new building. The funding was included in the capital budget passed last year by the state legislature.
