COLUMBUS— State Senator
George Lang (R- West Chester) today issued the following statement regarding his vote to override the Governor’s veto of Senate Bill 22.
“My constituents have made it clear that their elected representatives should have a role in determining Ohio’s response to public health emergencies. Senate Bill 22 is a necessary step to reaffirm our system of checks and balances in government. Our constituents deserve to have their voices heard on all matters – particularly those that impact their lives and livelihoods. My vote today was to strengthen their voice.”
