Winston Churchill once said that a nation attempting to tax itself into prosperity "is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle."  As your State Senator, one of my primary responsibilities is to manage state tax dollars efficiently, finding ways to return hard-earned dollars to Ohioans wherever possible. More dollars in the pockets of Ohioans leads to a better quality of life in our communities and growth for Ohio businesses.
