COLUMBUS — During today’s Senate session, State Senator John Eklund presented Arthur Baldwin with a resolution honoring his 46 years of service to the Village of Waite Hill as Mayor. Baldwin, a U.S. Army veteran, was first elected as Mayor in 1966.
“Mayor Baldwin is a true public servant, having dedicated himself to the people of Waite Hill for nearly half a century,” Eklund said. “His commitment to the community has resulted in numerous improvements to the area and inspired others to follow in his footsteps. While his service will be missed, we certainly wish him well as he embarks on the next chapter of his life.”
