Today, state Senator Teresa Fedor (D-Toledo) condemned the passage of Senate Bill 215, which would remove almost all requirements for anyone, 21 years of age or older, to carry a concealed handgun in Ohio. The bill, which is opposed by the Fraternal Order of Police, also removes the duty to notify law enforcement that a person is carrying a concealed handgun.
