COLUMBUS- On Wednesday, Senators Larry Obhof (R-Medina), Frank Hoagland (R-Mingo Junction), Michael Rulli (R-Salem) and Tim Schaffer (R-Lancaster) joined Governor DeWine and Ohio Department of Natural Resources Director, Mary Mertz to announce the state has purchased more than 31,000 acres of public land in perpetuity for conservation and outdoor recreation in eastern Ohio.
