Peterson Welcomes Local Singer To Statehouse
Waverly High School Student Wins National Competition

Senator Peterson presents a resolution to Holly Miller during today's Senate session.
State Senator Bob Peterson (R- Sabina) welcomed Waverly High School freshman Holly Miller to the Ohio Statehouse today. Peterson recognized Miller on the floor of the Ohio Senate for winning the "Gospel's Got Talent" nationwide competition. Miller received a standing ovation from Senate members after singing a short hymn. "Holly is an amazing young lady, and her singing talents are now being noticed outside of Ohio," Peterson said.
