To enact sections 3335.39, 3339.06, 3344.07, 3361.06, and 3364.07 of the Revised Code to establish the Salmon P. Chase Center for Civics, Culture, and Society at the Ohio State University, to establish the Institute of American Constitutional Thought and Leadership at the University of Toledo, to establish similar centers at the University of Cincinnati, Miami University, and Cleveland State University, and to make an appropriation.
