Reynolds Issues Statement on Mount Carmel New Albany Emergency Room

COLUMBUS-Mount Carmel announced it will add a new emergency department to its New Albany campus. The facility's first floor will be renovated to make this addition.

State Senator Michele Reynolds (R-Canal Winchester) issued the following statement on the announcement: 

“Mount Carmel New Albany's new emergency department will be a welcome expansion for our entire community," Reynolds said. "New Albany and the surrounding area anticipate rapid growth, and this new ER will ensure the hospital can continue its mission to provide quality medical care to our residents."

The new emergency department is expected to open this fall.
