COLUMBUS — State Senator Nathan Manning (R-North Ridgeville) voted for Senate Bill 450 today, Ohio's Capital Budget, delivering nearly $5.2 million for community projects across the 13th Senate District. If approved by the House, Senator Manning will have secured almost $3.4 million for Lorain County and nearly $1.8 million for Huron County.
