COLUMBUS—State Senator Steve Huffman (R-Tipp City) is proud to announce that Elizabeth's New Life Center has been awarded a total of $980,000 for the next two years to assist in providing pregnancy care to eligible mothers.

"Supporting those who are ensuring pregnant mothers and their babies have the care they need to thrive is common sense," said Senator Huffman. "The work that Elizabeth's New Life Center does throughout the region has positively impacted the lives of countless Ohioans. I'm proud to support this funding and look forward to seeing the benefits it will bring."

The funding comes from an executive order by the Governor directing Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program funding towards organizations that provide assistance to struggling families, support children, and encourage workforce development.

Elizabeth New Life Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a culture of life by empowering women, youth, and families with compassionate, life-affirming services. With locations across western Ohio, Elizabeth New Life Center provides free pregnancy support, trusted prenatal care, youth education, and marriage counseling to help individuals and communities thrive.
