Ingram Celebrates Launch of WorkOhio at Southwest Ohio Regional Hub

State Senator Catherine D. Ingram (D-Cincinnati) joined Lt. Governor Jim Tressel today for the launch of WorkOhio at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber Workforce Innovation Center, one of seven regional workforce hubs across Ohio.

“I’ve met so many Ohioans who are eager to work, grow, and provide for their families but just need the right support or connection,” said Senator Ingram. “WorkOhio helps meet that need by bringing trusted, local resources together to support workers and strengthen our workforce.”

As Ranking Member of the Ohio Senate Workforce Development Committee, Senator Ingram highlighted the importance of ensuring Ohioans have access to the tools, guidance, and connections needed to secure dignified employment and advance in their careers.
