Manchester Celebrates Girls Bowling State Champions

COLUMBUS—State Senator Susan Manchester (R-Waynesfield) celebrated the Ubrana Girls Bowling Team for winning the 2025 OHSAA Division II State Championship.

"I am honored to recognize a remarkable group of athletes," said Senator Manchester. "This team team showcased exceptional teamwork, focus, and determination throughout the season. I look forward to celebrating the continued success of Urbana’s girls bowling program."

On February 28, 2025, the Hillclimbers clinched their first-ever state title in girls bowling with a victory over Fairport Harding, finishing with a total score of 3,690 to 3,673. The team was led throughout the season by their coach, Kurt Scott.
